A flooded fumarole in Morne Trois Pitons National Park, a World Heritage Site on Dominica, 6.5 miles (10.5 km) east of the capital, Roseau. Its bubbling, greyish-blue water is usually wrapped in a cloud of vapour.

Mountain in Dominica in the Lesser Antilles
Also called Watt Mountain, a mountain made of one or more stratovolcanoes at Dominica's southern end, in the eastern Caribbean. At 1,224 m (4,016 ft), it is Dominica's third-highest mountain, after Morne Trois Pitons and Morne Diablotins.

Also called Devil's Peak, a volcano forming Dominica's most northerly peak. It is regarded as dormant: apart from a swarm of small earthquakes picked up in 2009–2010, no unusual activity has been reported.

Its full name is “Cathedral of Our Lady of Fair Haven of Roseau”, originally in French “Église de Notre-Dame du Bon Port du Mouillage de Roseau”. This Roman Catholic cathedral stands in Roseau, Dominica's Caribbean capital, and is the see of the Diocese of Dominica, suffragan to Castries, Saint Lucia's archdiocese.

Building in Roseau, Dominica
A hotel on the Roseau quayside, in the south of Dominica's capital, beside the Roseau Public Library, Dominica Museum and Garraway Hotel, and just south of Roseau Cathedral and the Governor's Residence. Set inside the ramparts of Fort Young, an old colonial fort dating from the 1770s, with a quay on the Caribbean behind it, the hotel opened in 1964, has 71 rooms and runs a diving centre.

Also called Old Market Plaza and Dawbiney Market Square, a market in Roseau, capital of the Caribbean island of Dominica, behind today's Dominica Museum on the seafront. In colonial times it thrived, and the square was where all the main trade between Dominica and its neighbouring islands happened, in goods and in enslaved people.
