Kongou Falls
Waterfall on the Ivindo River in Gabon
A huge cataract in eastern Gabon's Ivindo National Park, on the Ivindo River, some 3.2 kilometres (2.0 mi) across and as much as 56 metres (184 ft) high. Carrying 900 cubic metres per second (32,000 cu ft/s) on average, it ranks among the most powerful waterfalls on Earth.

Mount Mimongo
Mountain in Gabon
One of the higher peaks of Gabon's Chaillu Mountain Range, 860 metres (2,822 ft) high. The summit lies 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Mimongo, a small town, and a few hours' walk from Dibandi village.

Officially the Gabonese Republic, a country on Central Africa's Atlantic coast, straddling the equator. Cameroon lies to its north, Equatorial Guinea to its northwest and the Republic of the Congo to its east and south, and it shares a sea border in the Gulf of Guinea with São Tomé and Príncipe to the west. It covers 270,000 square kilometres (100,000 sq mi) and has 2.6 million people.
